We spent one night at Fogo Island Inn, enjoying three meals in the restaurant which achieved Michelin Three Keys distinction. There is a set menu at every meal but we can order as many items as we liked. Everything served was local which translates into fresh tasting.
Breakfast was sumptioius. The highlight for me was the lobster stew but the egg pancake with local shrimp was also delicious.
